Great article, but so hard to put into practice! I guess I always worry that if I don't keep a tight hold of the reins my life will go wildly out of control. Things are difficult for me financially for instance, and I fret about every penny spent. I pride myself on how well I manage depite financial and health difficulties and I suppose I think that if I was less controlling of everything and something went wrong I'd come across as some kind of jerk who always messes up their life. I think my impression of people who are more laid back is that they don't have much of a sense of responsibility. So I stay uptight and feel a bit superior! And miserable. I really want to change though, so I guess I'll have to try to take a few risks and note down what happens. Prove to myself that the world won't end if I take things less seriously. PS - if the world does end you'll know who to blame! You cannot be Sirius, man!
