People that display power are the ones that consistently complete or finish what they start. In this world there are many good ideas. They remain ideas because no one ever puts them into use. Imagine if Bill Gates never took a risk to sell his computer software? What if he thought of his idea and only went halfway through? Would Microsoft exist today as we know it?
You need to realize if you have a habit of not completing your goals, dreams or projects. Right now is a great time to break that habit and create new ones so that you can live life way the way you want. When you are able to follow through on your goals, you will be able to (more…)

You may remember, for those who have been following along in this blog, that last month I was testing out a dating technique called “Drop Them Cold.” Well, 6 weeks have passed since the day I decided to bail and I still have not heard from her.

Trust…It is more than a word that is printed on a dollar bill. It is what determines the kind of life that we want for ourselves and makes us responsible for ourselves. No one can make decisions for you or tell you what do. Trusting yourself is a process that you discover as you grow through life. When you finally reach that realization that you are the only one that you can trust and count on, you will discover something else that is amazing. You will find that you can start trusting and counting on other people. (more…)

Although you may not know it, you have what it takes to attract and have more in this world. You can have exactly what you want, when you want it, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This is better than the store hours of any 7-11 in the world. This will only happen for you if you are willing and courageous enough to reach for the sky. On top of that, you will also need hard work and persistence.
Why take a piece of the pie in life when you can have it all? (more…)

If you think that trying to get your dog to do a silly trick is hard, then trying to get other people to see your point of view is an even more difficult thing to do. Try telling someone why one presidential candidate is better than the other, why the LA Kings are the worst hockey team this year or why your mom is better than your neighbor’s mom. It is very hard to do because many people are already set in their beliefs and nothing you can say will ever change their minds. (more…)

Is there really a perfect person in this world? No, at least not on this planet we call Earth. Let’s face the hard facts, we all have made mistakes in our lives. Mistakes that range from the girl you passed up in 4th grade that became the VP of Merrill Lynch 15 years later, the cable TV you stole when you were in high school, or the neighbor’s tire you slashed because they took your parking spot. There is absolutely nothing shameful about it unless we do not learn from them. (more…)
